We would like to inform our learners that there will be a temporary delay in the issuance of FireQual certificates.

Due to staff annual leave, FireQual will not be posting or issuing replacement certificates during the weeks commencing 30th September and 7th October. Normal production is expected to resume during the week commencing 14th October.

Please note that once production recommences, it may take a few weeks to process the backlog, both on FireQual's side and ours.

We kindly ask for your patience during this time. If you are awaiting certificates for an upcoming BAFE audit, please contact [email protected] with the date of your audit, so we can assist you accordingly.
